Well I don't know what these stoppers are for but I bought them to use on the end of a spray straw that comes with various spray cans (carburetor cleaner,etc) I drilled a hole through it and cut the small end to fit into the opening of a carb fitting. Worked pretty well..hope that helps someone.

I ordered these to fit my husband's antique powder horn. I was not sure of the size so I order two in case we had to trim one. Well that was not the case. We took one out of the package and inserted it into the end of the powder horn and it fit perfectly. He was so pleased and now his powder horn is complete. So happy to find your website.

Just What I Was Looking For
I reload 223 Remington rifle ammo. Periodically, I measure out the powder for more bullets than I can complete in an evening. To keep the powder dry, I plug the cases with these #000000 stoppers trimmed to about two-thirds their original length. Fits perfectly. Items are a little expensive, but the functionality value outweighs the cost. Great customer service.
