I had broken a couple of wood dowel pins putting together a chest of drawers. When I contacted the shipper, I was told that they do not provide replacement parts. I found Widgetco on the internet and a few days later I had my replacement wood dowel pins and was able to complete the chest of drawers assembly.

I was trying to put a wooden file cabinet together by myself when the two sides fell apart while I was trying to insert the back. The wooden pins all broke, and of course the manufacturer didn't include extras! I'm standing there thinking to myself ... Now what do I do? I need these cheap little wooden pegs to finish putting together this $150 file cabinet. A quick search on the internet, and WIDGETCO to the rescue! I figured I would have to place a minimum order, but, no, I could just order what I needed (plus a few extra in the event of another catastrophe!) They came within a few short days and seemed to be better quality than what the manufacturer provided, and I got the thing put together. Thank you WidgetCo for saving the day (and my file cabinet)!

Good sturdy pins
Was building a shelf, shelf fell & broke a bunch of pins while building. This was best place/website I could find to get replacements, Very cheap and all made same/well. Shipping was quick. Even though pins are small you can tell they're made from a good/thicker wood. Finished building shelf & it looks great now.
