Great Ikea replacement These are a great replacement for the Ikea dowel pins needed for the Kallax, just a tiny tiny bit larger in diameter but not a problem. I bought from WidgetCo directly as they had much faster shipping time than Amazon. I loved how I could specify the quantity I wanted. They were shipped promptly. Great price too! I will be coming back here for all my hardware needs.

Perfect! I drove all over town to the big box stores and lumber yards looking for these longer dowel pins. A total waste of time. I should have searched on-line before I wasted gas. These were exactly what I was looking for. The price and shipping was very reasonable and they arrived quickly. The widget company has a great selection of sizes to choose from too. Good sturdy pins Was building a shelf, shelf fell & broke a bunch of pins while building. This was best place/website I could find to get replacements, Very cheap and all made same/well. Shipping was quick. Even though pins are small you can tell they're made from a good/thicker wood. Finished building shelf & it looks great now.

Dowel pins are doing the job Yesterday we affixed the 4 dowel pins with a mallet, and placed a shelf over them. I am pleased with the result

Dowel Movement Sent the wrong diameter dowels. Asked for 1/4", sent 3/16" labeled as 1/4". Returned and asked them to measure before resending. Was resent 3/16" dowels. Returned again along with a sample 1/4" dowel. Waiting to see what happens

Great service, but pins were unusable Shipping was fast and easy, but these pins ended up being way too big for what I needed. The 1/4 inch wooden dowel pins I bought at Home Depot were much thinner and actually fit in the furniture as needed. Not sure why there was such a big difference in size between these and the Home Depot ones. Shipping costs mean it's not really worth it to return.
