Prompt service, excellent after the sale follow-up. The #10 stopper appeared to have some foreign matter in it, but it worked fine, just didn't look as good as the other 8 #12 stoppers I purchased. I wasn't going to say anything about it until I received an email asking for feedback and to let them know if there was anything that would preclude a 5 star rating. I told them about the discoloration via email and 3 days later a new stopper arrived without me asking for it. Great!

Got one for a jar that holds coffee. The previous plastic lid had broken. This stopper is much more durable and easy to use and keep clean. Measure in the middle of the stopper to fit the mouth of the jar.
