Cork squares were as advertised. Prompt shipping and packaging was good. No damage.

These are pretty great. It turns out the adhesive isn’t quite strong enough to reliably stick to a painted popcorn surface even with the application of a rolling pin, so I ended up adding some construction glue. Debating whether or not I should continue to the edges of my wall :)

These are pretty great but they don't stick well enough to popcorn textured painted walls, even when rolled on with a rolling pin. When they fall down in the night they often stick together permanently. I ended up adding construction glue and will buy a replacement set for the lost soldiers.

Cork Wall Panels The panels arrived in great condition and were easy and quick to install, using the accompanying directions. I canÕt believe they arrived so soon after ordering. Will definitely do business with widgetco again.

Worth the purchase I ordered the 3/8-in thick cork tiles; they arrived in about 3 days. I left them sit in my office for 3 days and then hung on the wall. Very happy with these tiles, looks great, self adhesive backing sticks really well. Would definitely purchase again.

Must press to flatten It has been 2 weeks of them laying flat and they are still bowed. I agree with other reviewer: you must put something heavy on them to flatten; they don’t do it on their own.

First Time Customer We ordered these tiles because of a new space we developed in our office. A standard hanging cork board in the new work spaces weren't going to work. Having self adhesive tiles seemed like a great idea and affordable. We are up in Canada and our tiles came quickly without issue. One thing I would note, is follow the instructions to let them sit for up to 72 hours before you install. We laid them out as directed then flipped them over after 24 hours and then they settled perfectly flat. They were so quick and easy to put up and the space they are in looks professional. The employees at the work stations are loving the space because we could put them up as their needs required. I would definitely order these again for other spaces.

Quick and Easy The product was exactly as described and was very easy to install. Unfortunately, I measured incorrectly and was a few squares short. I ordered another box and had it shipped overnight for a small extra fee. It was supposed to arrive next day by 11:00am. I fully expected that the delivery would be very late, but took the chance because I wanted to finish my dartboard surround before try Super Bowl party. I was thrilled when it arrived at 9:00 am as promised! I will definitely use this company again!

3/8" Cork Squares These 3/8" cork squares are just what I need to make a giant bulletin board (4'x8') at my church. I was also blown away by the speed of delivery - about 3 days.

Cork Squares Excellent product, used inside a closet door to pin some important things.

Adhesive problems Corks have arrived and they weren't perfectly flat. It has required days of pressure to make sure they are flat enough for the adhesive to be strong enough to bind them without peeling off at the corners. They also shrink with time. Recommended: allow the corks to rest, under pressure, for seven days, or more, to insure that they have resized and flattened. Many prior orders have had no such problem. So, luck is involved in the order. I suspect that the packaging, which was too tight, caused or contributed to the curvature problem.

Very useful - but read the instructions! If you've decided this is what you need, WIDGETCO has the best price for this sort of cork. Hmmm, I'm glad I re-read the instructions in the review below. The tiles must be opened and sit in the room where they'll be installed for a while prior to adhesion!

Great product Easy to install works great for our door BB!

3/8" x12"x12" cork tiles installed April 2016 This was my first time working with cork tiles. I didn't follow the instructions exactly and it ruined the project. The instructions are to open the package and lay the tiles on the floor individually 72 hrs until they come to temperature. I couldn't do that because I'm installing the the tiles in a church hall which is often in use. Based on the instructions, I thought the key thing was letting them adjust to temperature. I purchased 30 tiles. I immediately removed all the plastic wrapping but put them back in the box they came in. I let them sit in my house for a week and then two days in the church before installing. I'm quite certain they had "come to temperature". I installed them to make a 3x10" cork board on a wall. I started by installing 10 tiles side by side (working out from the middle), in the order they came in the box. That was a mistake. The tiles at the top of the box (they came in packages of 6) were bigger than the tiles farther down. So I could not make the second row the same length as the first row. It wasn't my spacing. No remaining tiles were as big as the first tiles I installed. The 2nd and 3rd rows looked great. I installed them tight to minimize the tile look. Now it is a week later. Most of the tiles shrunk. There is significant spaces between them. It looks like I did a lousy job. I noticed the tiles feel much less moist then when I installed them. So it seems like they don't need to come to temperature as much as they need to dry out. I don't know if it was the shrinkage or not, but the tiles are also peeling. I tried re-rolling them now that they are dry but it is too late. They just peel. Does anybody know of a way to remove the tiles without breaking them? BTW, the wall was clean. It was repainted a month ago (or maybe a little more). I wish the instructions warned about the need to dry out the tiles (not just come to temperature). I don't know if the peeling problem is because of the shrinkage or not. Trying to give the benefit of the doubt, I'll give the product 3 stars.

Kids Study Room Cork Board The boards came on time and sooner than expected. I have spend months looking for boards thick enough and easy enough to put up so the kids don't stick the thumbtacks right through the thin boards that are sold at all the brick and mortar stores. Also, I did not have to buy glue or the weak stick on's to adhere the boards to the wall. The adhesive that comes on the 3/8 inch Self Adhesive Cork Squares (6/pack) is strong and they are thick to protect the walls should you ever need to remove them. Use a hair dryer to heat up the cork board and peel it off slowly should you need to. Then restick it to reuse it. Really great product. Pricing also was the best around both online and at the stores when you add up all the material and time you would have to put into any project.

3/8" Cork Tiles Excellent and with a timely delivery.

Great cork tiles! These cork tiles are great! I got them to make a cork board for my daughters room. My husband mounted them on a thin piece of wood following the directions and they are holding up great! We did not stick them directly on the wall so we can move it if we wanted. It is also thick enough for the tacks to fit in perfectly. I love this product!

Excellent solution I have a dart board area and kids that don't have good aim. I made a backboard from these 3/8 thick x 12" x12" squares (3' x 4'). I installed this and hung the dartboard directly on the cork. This solution is working great and keeping my walls from looking horrid.

Excellent Product!! Our cork tiles arrived beautifully packaged, clean (no dust) tightly grained, and worked perfectly for covering a wall of old cheap wood paneling in our laundry/music room. The wall was very cold to touch, and the cork is like wrapping it in a warm blanket. The backs of the tiles are completely covered perfectly with fantastic, strong glue; you have to line them up carefully- but they stick beautifully! The room is SO much warmer and quieter as the cork absorbs the noise. We are thrilled with these simple, beautiful cork tiles -- couldn't be happier! Service I have not installed the tiles yet but they are just what are needed. Although there was a mix-up on the first order, it was corrected, easy on my part, and even a follow-up call to see if I had received the second shipment. Your customer service is great.

Second order, I love them so much! We used the first order to cover my sons closet doors that had floor to ceiling mirrors. Love it so much, so now my partner wants his done. Great service, easy to install. Works perfectly to cover those 80's mirrored doors!

Finally! Cork squares that actually stick! These self adhesive cork squares worked perfectly. I ordered the 3/8" thick squares, spray painted them black to go on a red bedroom wall and, boy, do they look sharp! The cork I had up before came with little sticky squares, which stuck to the wall but not the cork. The self adhesive ones are a bit more expensive, but worth the money if you want to do your project right. I recommend them highly.

3/8" Cork Wall Tile Squares Excellent product. Much better than what I saw in the store. They had a very slight bend when they arrived, but I weighted them down with books and they were fine (you are supposed to let them acclimate for 3 days anyway). The full adhesive backing is very nice and much better than the small squares usually sold. I didn't use any cement and they seem to stick fine. If needed I can add some finishing nails later, but I don't think I will have to do this.

Exactly what we needed We purchased these to be used as a cork wall behind our new dart board. After allowing the cork to acclimate, it took us about 2 hours to put up on a 8 x 7 wall including all the pieces that needed to be cut. It was so easy and looks great. A perfect choice since our kids have a hard time hitting the dart board. ;)

Great Product Ordered the 3/8 cork wall tiles which mounted on a 1/4 sheet of plywood for a large bulletin board for our grandson. The product worked well, however, would like to see a heavier glue added to the tiles. The product itself was excellent, clean and uniform in color. Great quality.

Awesome product I just order 3 packs of those to put in my office in order to lower the sound reverberation (hardwood floor). It works awesome. CAT man Overall these tiles are excellent. However it seemed that one of the 3 packages I purchased were slightly smaller in size than the others. This caused some frustration while trying to make a large wall. We got through it but it was frustrating.
