Screw Thread Protectors repurposed I just bought a Sawyer Mini water filter for my international travels. I saw a You Tube hack to keep the end of the filter (opposite end from the capped mouth piece) from leaking. 3/8" screw caps Needed caps to fit over 3/8" round support rods for seats in my lawn chairs. These caps replaced the old ones which were similar in design. They fit perfectly and cover the rod ends even better because they are longer in length. PS: they are pliable enough to be cut shorter if needed. Great product! Great company!

Homeowner Exactly what I expected.

Just what the Dr ordered... When hurricane Irma came flying into South Florida I was not well prepared to protect my large windows so I put some 5/16 hanger bolts around my manufactured home windows for plywood shutters I have made. I purchased some 5/16 white thread protectors from WIDGETCO and they work okay but when I put a dab of grease to protect the bolt from rust a suction is created which makes for difficult removal of the plastic protector. So.....I refined the idea by going a size bigger to 3/8 and voila..problem solved! Excellent product and service is great! The best part is if some of these dry up and crack they are inexpensive enough to replace :) Thank You WIDGETCO.

Quality Thread protector I purchased these to slide over the ends of large slat board hooks to give them a finished look. They worked very well and are easy to work with. I needed some shorter ones and they were easy to cut shorter

Hard to find bolt covers Item is just as I expected. We will use them for bolts driven through gate posts that allow attachment of new electric gate openers. Our fence is almond color; I wish the covers came in something other than white. They look like they'll do the trick otherwise.

Protectors also work on 3/8" hose barb water connectors These are extra long so worked on the new goFASTandLIGHT.com Camp and Emergency water filter 3/8" hose barb connections. They fit securely yet are easy to remove. They keep pipes clean between uses. WIDGETCO shipping was very fast even with Standard shipping. I will be back for more.
