Great Experience Needed about 200 new shelf pins to replace old plastic ones. Ordered the 5mm antique bronze "L" shelf pins with vinyl. Price was great as well as the product. The pins arrived within 2-3 days of ordering. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Shelf Pins Delivery was prompt, but not what I needed. I was dissapointed in the fact that I had questions and when I called, no one picked up in customer service, I got a recording. All I could do was email my question and wait to hear back. That was 2 days ago. I ordered elsewhere and I'll send my order back, still waiting on those instructions.

Arrived right away! Just wanted to order these to have in case a shelf needed to be repositioned. They came right away. They seem very strong, better than the originals pins they put in my shelves when they were built. I think the price went down since I ordered them previously.

Shelf Pins I love these shelf pins, they are easy to use and secures the shelf with the rubber tip. These are the only kind I buy because they are heavy duty but look good too. The great price is a bonus.

Perfect for my needs Extremely fast shipping! I have had the same custom shelves with the clear plastic shelf pins for the last 10 years and everything has been fine. The other day, one of my shelves collapsed, however, due to the weight of the books over time. I noticed the wooden shelves were actually cut a wee bit short, so they needed a bigger shelf pin "ledge" to sit on than the little plastic ones could offer. I checked at our local hardware store, no luck. I ordered these online and they had more support and worked perfectly. I ordered enough to replace all of the shelf pins (which called for 100 of them, lots of shelves!) but on the shelves where the wooden shelves were cut tight, these didn't work, since they require a fraction more room than the cheap plastic ones (which require no room at all). That's OK, I'll hang onto them for future projects. Also, these blend in perfectly to the dark stained wood. Would definitely recommend these shelf pins and this company.

Shelf pins, 5mm antique bronze Beautiful color and great quality. 5mm pins came with my curio, but they seemed a bit loose. I ordered both 5mm and 1/4" for my extra shelves and ended up going with the 1/4" for the best fit. Now I am going to order more to replace the original pins that came with my curio. I ordered Priority Mail because my extra shelves were due in less than a week. The pins came so quickly that that they actually beat my new shelves.

poor quality 50% of the pins sampled were oversized and would noy fit in a 5mm hole. Also they do not sit flush to the cabinet partition because ~1mm from seating properly there is an increased pin diameter caused by a shoulder, some sort of left over feature from the manufacturing process. Bottom line is I can't tolerate the pin diameter variation.

These were replacements for some pins that I received that had irregularities with the vinyl coating. In this day and age of “buyer beware” I was amazed that you replaced them immediately, no questions asked. Perfection is never possible, but the original pins in question just wouldn’t work for my application.
