The description said that the pins would be 5mm in diameter but I think they are closer to 1/8 inch which fits the holes in my cabinet perfectly.

Functional. Pins fit in line-bored side without difficulty or sloppiness. There is a shoulder on the pin that seems to prevent the pin from fully seating; it’s possible that a little persuasion will bring the steel plate to the vertical surface but I don’t want to mar the cabinet material. That feature requires the shelf to be shorter- a full 1/4” overall- than I would like for a clean appearance although that’s how this kind of pin works anyway; it won’t rotate out of the hole under load.

Just what I needed for my brand new cabinets, combined with the shelf pin sleeves. The installer made the holes too big for the 5mm pins (so used the sleeves) and cut the shelves slightly too big with too-small shelf pins (so used the pins). I had shelf pins constantly falling out even with no weight on the shelves, and now I don't.

Great quality product at amazing price
These are quality pegs. Plastic coated great for my glass shelves. I didn't measure property so ended up with shelves too wide and I had to alter the peg hole to get them in enough for shelves to lay on pegs, but that was my issue, not the pegs. The price compared to a big box stores was crazy, less than 10% of the cost. Shipping was fast and reasonable. I will keep this company in mind for other project needs.

Ordered the wrong size and they just said send them back and reorder the right size. I did and the replacements were at my door within the 2-3 day timeframe they said it would take. AND I saved over half of the cost it was going to be from Lowe's (who, incidentally, stopped carrying them which turned out to be good for me as we saved a LOT of money. Good sturdy product, but had a very minor flaw. Had a slight shoulder on the pin which riequired you to slightly enlarge the opening of the 5 mm mounting hole.
