Worked great! I needed them for my brand kitchen new cabinets. The installer made the holes too big for the 5mm pins, so the shelf pins were constantly falling out even with no weight on the shelves. Plus, the holes were getting bigger just from the weight of the shelf. This helped both problems, and I feel confident that I can now use the cabinets as intended. I had to do some drilling to get these to fit, and used about 900 in all my uppers. But the results were worth the time and the price was reasonable.

Shelf Pin Sleeves And Pins
Order arrived prompt, intact and complete. Sleeves and pins function as intended. Sleeves are snug fit as they should be. Pins rock a bit in sleeves, less so than pre-sleeve though. I am a perfectionist, but they will function as intended. Plan on ordering in the future from WidgetCo for my shelf pin needs.

These sleeves fit our existing shelf pins perfectly helping to keep the pins from deforming the manufactured wood product that our kitchen cabinets are made of. They arrived quickly which was impressive given the timing of our order - at the start of a Hurricane Harvey hitting Texas. Didn't realize they were in Houston til we started tracking them a day or 2 after we ordered and then assumed they'd be delayed. But they came very fast. We didn't need many and should have ordered some extras.

Bookshelves are a big thing in my house - I just made book cases totaling about 80 feet of shelf space. I had never even heard of these items before I came here for shelf pins, but I'm sold. They're a lot dressier than a simple hole in the wall, and I expect the metal reinforcement to help the holes for the shelf pins last better. Next time I put a new book case together, I'll be back for more.

These are such an improvement over the bare holes we used to have. Easy to install. The 5mm shelf pins from Lowe's didn't fit these (just slightly too big) but the ones I ordered from WidgetCo fit perfectly. Will buy more in near future for next project.
