I needed some 7/16 wood buttons for an old chair that I was refinishing. I couldn/t find any of that size in my city. So....got on the internet and found WIDGETCO. Only place I was able to find 7/16 button plugs to repair an old cedar chest. First package received was pulled incorrectly. Notified customer service that evening. Had the properly pulled item in three days with no additional hassle. To answer other reviews: If it is not what you ordered don't get pissed off, just ask to have it made right.

Not what I expected
Ordered to replace missing plugs in a chair. one plug was "maple colored" the rest plain white. Why would I order white plugs when the picture shows them al in color? I won't return, as shipping cost more than the product. Will stain myself. Quality, packing , and arrival excellent.<b><br> [From WIDGETCO: We will look into this. Our wood plugs are in it's natural state (not stained) we can see variations in wood tones throughout the plug cutting process. If stained, the plugs can take on another color if desired.]

Very pleased - size was misleading
It may be my lack of industry knowledge, but the size of the plug provided is off the mushroom top, not the plug. It will still work for my project so I'm not heartbroken. There should be 2 sizes provided to clarify this with folks less familiar. The order came in fast and the communication of the delivery was great.
