I needed these to protect the intake ports, as well as other openings, on a Ford Power Stroke Turbodiesel on which I was doing extensive work. They worked perfectly. Their taper and various sizes allow for perfect tight fits, and the silicone has a great grip and oil resistance. I was very relieved to obtain these. Any mechanic would do well to have an assortment of these on hand.

These are nice rubber stoppers that will last a long time. Make sure you measure whatever you're going to use this on very carefully because the difference in a quarter inch is huge with these. This #8 fit perfect for me.
