There was a chip in in the cork and it was a bit too snug. I was able to get it in the bottle, but barely. a size smaller would have been to small for the bottle. because it was so inexpensive (which i appreciated!), I'm not bothering with a return and it will be good enough.

Just what I was looking for
I placed my order and the items were shipped within 1/2 hour. I thought, this is very cool... I don't know why, but it took them 6 days to get from Texas to California? I saw the tracking and they sat at the carrier most of the time.. so that's a little bit of a drawback, but I am sure I will purchase things in the future, they carry a different product that is hard to find in stores...

Size was as stated #22, fit my decorative glass bottles that hold my beach sand from around the world beautifully. I didn't realize that they were so white, I think I will try to stain them a little with either wine or coffee, I'm not sure that will work but they work great.

White corks?
I must have made a mistake and clicked the wrong button but my bottle stoppers are white leaving me wondering what dye was used and if I should be using the white cork with liquid food containers. Im giving the cork bottle stoppers a 4 bercause this must have been my error. I'd give a 5 but I find it very very hard to measure my bottles and the figure out what to order. I'm really good at math but I still find half my stoppers are the wrong size. LOVE WIDGET and LOVE CORK. SO it's a 4. [Reply from WidgetCo: I thin the color you observed is just from the peroxide wash. This is a process used on wine corks and bottle corks to sterilize them. Before long the color will resemble a more natural cork color.]

Corks for my coffee carafe
I ordered 3 corks (1 needed, 2 backup) of size 22 corks. I wanted size 23, which would have fit better, but they didn't have them. The reason I went ahead with size 22 is because WidgetCo listed the top diameter, bottom diameter, and length. No other company did so. Although the cork goes in a little more than I wished, it still works. The delivery was prompt, and the price was right. if I ever need corks again, they get my business.

I ordered some corks for our spice bottles, but they have a profile that was not available. I ended up ordering a size too small. When I mentioned this, I was told to return them for a refund and reorder. I sent them them back and lo and behold, the refund was processed within a week. My reorder was filled within a week. I'm a potter who tried making piggy banks for the first time. I had a difficult time finding the right size cork, even after measuring. I ordered two different sizes each order and had to return them. Though the corks are what I expected, the Customer Service went far above what we are accustomed to getting. Both returns were handled quickly and without skipping a beat, even though the "fault" was mine. The correspondence was courteous and delivery was fast. I now have the right size for most of them and have ordered another batch so I have two different sizes on hand since the opening can vary a bit. It was a positive experience dealing with the people here. I have already recommended them on Facebook in a Clay group I belong to.

Great service and products
Received my corks promptly. They are to replace old ones from a vintage spice bottle set, purchased on my honeymoon 35 yrs ago! I had washed the old corks then sterilized in boiling water (as directed by some websites), only to have them fall apart--apparently they were not one piece and instead were sections GLUED together. The WIDGETCO corks are one piece natural corks and fit beautifully. Excellent service. Great corks!
