Probably 1 size too small, but since this is the largest size offered I made it work by turning it upside down w/ the larger side being inside the jar opening. Works.

Nice made cork was a hair too big had to shave it down but never the less it still works

The product is great and fits the cookie jar well (glass top was broken). Only issue is shipping time and supply chain issues. Originally ordered product in late March 2023. At one point, Amazon showed it as being delivered. I never received it and told Amazon. Amazon agreed, said it was lost in transit, and refunded the purchase price. I ordered the product a second time (call me foolish!) because it was the only cork stopper of this size I could find, and it showed up after several weeks. Again, product was great, but 3 months to receive is a little excessive.

We used this cork to seal up a hand-blown terrarium. Because the terrarium does not have a perfectly round opening, we needed to modify the cork which was difficult because we thought the lower-grade cork would be just fine. It had a lot of imperfections to work around.

Great Customer Service I had ordered the biggest size cork stopper and when I received the package I decided to re measure the stopper and found out it was not the size I ordered. I contacted the help desk to see what had happened. I had gone back online to order another one and when I opened my email I had found out that customer service had gone ahead and sent another one. The Cork Stopper is being used on a prototype for people to use in the water and on the beach, as well as in the backyard. Great On-Line Find! We had 2 old Hoosier jars, the really large square type, and neither one had a lid. I was pricing them on line and was not willing to pay $18 for an old "original" metal lid. So googled other lid ideas and found this site. Their largest cork lid fit one of the jars perfectly and I had been assured by my husband that both jars were the same so ordered 2 of the size 54 lids. I ordered and checked the email a short time later and they had already shipped! They arrived super fast, in great shape and they fit one jar perfectly...the other jar had a wider opening after all. BUT! We flipped it upside down and it fits perfectly which is great because they don't make a larger one and this site had the largest cork lid I could find online. My husband has an antique bottle collection and I am sure we will be ordering more corks! I have wanted to set the bottles out but didn't like the thought of having dust collecting inside them. WIDGETCO Jar Stoppers I recently bought a huge jar on eBay in the shape of a fruit basket. I knew it needed a cork but such a big one. To make it even trickier, the jar had a slanted opening. Wish there were a larger size! I ordered this cork (size 54) hoping that it would be cut generously enough to close a vase whose opening is 4 and 5/8 inches wide. Unfortunately, the stopper is too small and drops right through. I wish there was a stopper that had a 4.5 inch diameter across the bottom and a wider top. Is it possible to make a special order? The stopper is perfect--just a hair too small for my needs.
