We have been so pleased to use Widget to purchase wine corks. We have been very pleased with how these corks insert into our wine bottles and how easily it is to pull corks out. We will continue to purchase our wine corks from Widget.i also want to add that when I order, they ship quickly and order received quickly.

We have been bottling our wine for close to 10 years, we tried different corks and were disappointed when we would try to open a bottle after 12 plus months and have the cork break. Since using these corks from Widget we like the way we get our bottles corked and now have bottles we can open easily.

Purchased the corks for wine bottling up to 9 years. They easily went in wit( our floor corker, we’ll be trying our white wines in 6 months and see how they come out of the bottle,

Had some hard corks in our last order. The customer service got right on it and replaced them immediately. Couldn’t have been better!

Corks work really well
I corked some bottles Nebbiolo wine with hope to keep it at least for 5-7 years. Corks went smoothly in bottles even so I was nervous a little at first. I will also check them in 5 years but sure the wine will be the best. I recommend these corks to everyone.

Followup to "Comparison" review
Second Review: We have now used all 1000 corks and have had some time in the bottle. There were only two corks out of the 1000 that did not seal properly. One had an internal flaw and one had a smaller diameter and leaked immediately. The one thing that is a little irritating is the variation in diameter. There is a variation in the amount of pressure needed with the corker. When opening a bottle, larger diameter corks require more pressure to insert the corkscrew and smaller diameter corks will actually "spin" in the neck of the bottle as the corkscrew is inserted. We have encountered one bottle with "cork taint". Other than that, they work fine. We are a commercial Vineyard, not a Winery. We do "home wine making" for experiments in the vineyard and for sales samples to sell grapes, (Oh, yes...we do drink some of it!).

Chose this company because I could order a small number of corks. The corks look good and the order shipped and arrived promptly. The packing slip came with some tips regarding the use of these corks that were much appreciated by this home brewer. At this point I do not know if these will go through my lever style hand corker since it will be a few months before the wine is ready to bottle. I have always used a #8 agglomerated cork but would like to try aging some wines longer than 2-3 years so I'm hoping these work. Cheers!

Comparison
We bottled 45 cases this year, some with these corks and some purchased elsewhere as a trial. Both worked well in our floor corker with brass jaws. These had a few more flaws than the others, but were a little less expensive. It's only been two months since bottling and too early to tell how long they will protect the wine. So far, they are good.

Super Quality Natural Wine Corks
Delivery & packaging flawless. Corks look good but not without small flaws that I didn't expect at the super grade level but they're as good as the corks I have used in the past.
