They look just like the picture. I didn't pay extra for shipping and it arrived very timely. I appreciated it because I bought the wrong size - that was completely my bad! I used these 1/4" Nickel Shelf Pins, along with the 1/4" Nickel Shelf Pin Sleeves, to make shelves and bins for small parts, screws, and nuts in my workshop. They worked excellently, holding the shelves solidly and firmly. I was amazed that the product shipped the same day as my online order, according to the email I received from WIDGETCO. I ordered a second time, to use these shelf pins for another "honey-do" project, and so I can have some extras when I need them. They arrived just a couple of days after I placed the order online as well.
