What A Hidden Gem I was searching for a good cork 4" coaster to use in my home and stumbled upon this company. The reviews were positive, so I decided to give them an order. Wow, am I impressed! The packaged arrived on time and the coasters are 1/4" thick and wonder with a rounded edge-that's a bonus I wasn't expecting. A bazillion reasons to use these Right now I am using these under the clay dish of the clay pot that my house plants are planted in. Their just a bit larger than the dish itself so Im 100% sure no moisture is leaching through to the surface the plants are on. Being 1/4" thick as opposed to the 1/8" thick is another reason I decided on my purchase. This is my second order and once I use these, I'm gonna place another order...that's how pleased I am with them.

perfect choice I use these cork coasters under the tray of my house plants. There are other cork coasters available but these 1/4" coasters work perfectly. There is an indentation under the clay tray, and its about 1/8" deep. Buying a thinner cork coaster doesn't work for me since it would defeat the purpose of having the tray to sit above the surface that the plants sit on. These work perfectly to keep moisture off the surface and to also prevent the clay tray from scratching the surface of the shelf,table, etc.... Not only did I get a fair price from WIDGETCO but they shipped them to me faster than gossip travels through a Beauty Salon. Much obliged for your great service and you can count on me to purchase more of these when the need arises.

Perfect Project Solution BRAVO for offering an affordable, quality solution for my project. :o) These 4-inch diameter, 1/4" thickness coasters were just what I needed to reinforce the delicate, ceramic, custom coasters that I had made with my pup's image on them. I used double-sided, transparent mounting tape (a "Gorilla" brand adhesive product) that secured the cork to the ceramic just beautifully. ONLY WidgetCo.com offered the variety of cork thicknesses that allowed me create a "test scenario" at home before purchasing "just the right thickness" from their website. Now we're not afraid to use our newly reinforced ceramic coasters!

1/4 inch Cork Coasters I LOVE these coasters! Previously I had purchased the 1/8 inch coasters, which were great for what I needed. But the 1/4 inch coasters are even better! Somehow they are almost soft to the touch whereas the others were a little rough (it could have just been the batch). I paint the coasters with acrylic paint and make designs on them, so the smooth surface was much easier to work with. Would definitely buy again!

Reorder I reordered the 4 x 1/4 coasters, but they were out of stock after I placed my order. WIDGETCO emailed me to let me know when they would be delayed and when they would ship.
