To tell the truth, this particular set of plugs’seemed’ to be some .005” to .010” undersized. The last ones had to be tapped into the hole but these just fell in place. I’m sure they will stay put throughout the winter months.

Great plug for extra holes not used on tube amp chassis build
I used these to plug up (3) holes in a Marshall JTM 45 chassis for a 1954 Fender Super amp scratch build. I had to drill holes out larger than 3/8", but these worked really well, came shipped fast, and were an excellent value! AAA+ seller!

For all the guitar players out there. A way to neatly, cover a hole (volume, tone, etc.) the specs were dead on. No scratching the finish, or chipping the wood around. I've tried a few other sites, and wasted my money on products either cut wrong, or measured incorrectly. I got what I ordered, and popped one on. Snug fit, but not too tight. It looks perfect on the body of a 32 year old Kramer Carrera. Now I know where to find, just what needed.
