I have run across many dowel pins that are simply too large for the specified drill bit size, sometimes even causing the wood (1x3 oak) to split. These pins are perfectly sized, uniform, and excellent quality. Everything I have purchased from WidgetCo has been excellent quality.

Wooden fluted dowels 5/16 X 1.25
Ordered 1,000 wooden fluted dowels at 5/16 X 1.25". I normally order from Amazon but all there dowels were not available in any size so I Googled around and found WIDGETCO. Price was right at $40 for 1,000 dowels. Which included shipping...they arrived 2 day priority mail...from the time I ordered I received email notifications on my shipment so I knew it was coming, website was clear and concise....no problems, quality was excellent. Will order again from WIDGETCO when my needs arise
