Ordering was simple and I got exactly what I ordered and in a couple of days. I would order from them again!

I Tried Using The Drill Bit Method But No Luck. So I used the drill bit method for a cabinet and the 7/32 drill bit fit into the hole but the 5 mm shelf pins were too small. The 1/4" shelf pins too big. Was really hoping to get the right fit for a simple thing but I guess I will have to drill all those holes to fit the 1/4". The pins seam like good quality. I'll find out when I can install them.

Problem solved! Vintage built in bookcases which required over sized shelf pins not available anywhere locally. Initially ordered shelf sleeves and pins with a prayer that I could make them somehow work. My error...they didn't. However, Customer Service responded to my review with a work around suggestion and I was able to return my order and reorder based upon this suggestion. It worked! WIDGETCO quickly processed and shipped my order. As other customers have stated, the material is high quality and packaged very well. This was a relatively small transaction; however, the service and communication rendered should encourage others no matter the size or challenge facing them.
