I wish I had gotten one size up, but the cork ended up being perfect for my needs. We stopped a hole in our drywall where mosquitoes were coming through and used wood glue to seal it tight! Not the usual application, but it met our needs perfectly.

Cut a slot in the top, and use these as a pad for jacking modern cars that have the pinch welds. Yes, these composite corks have the strength to hold up a car, yet are easy to slot.

I bought these to plug a pottery piggie banks that I make. I can not comment on how well they would work with food or liquid storage, but for the decorative purpose in which I use them they are great. This is the best price I could find and shipping was quick.

I am using these a center caps for my custom rims. I have these on a Mazda 2, for the irony that Mazda used to make corks. They fit tight, and seal against water that would rust the hubs. And great price/shipping.
