Exactly what I needed at a good price and fast shipping.

I ordered two corks. They arrived quite quickly and are fine looking corks. I’m pleased to have found such a source where one can buy a small number and exactly the size one needs.

These folks do an excellent job of providing high quality genuine cork stoppers to all of us folks that thought true cork had been replaced with cheap rubber... "corks". Kudos!

Should of ordered 1 size smaller because they are a tad too big and tall but making them work.

I have nothing but great things to say about Widget customer service! I had originally ordered 2 dozen size 13 of these stoppers about 5 weeks to replace old spice jar stoppers, but the shipment got lost in the mail. After waiting 3 weeks and still no sign, I reached out to customer support to see if a second shipment could be arranged. No questions asked, a second shipment went out (this time with a tracking number and no charge to me). It arrived intact in 3-4 days. The stoppers are perfect! PS, the original shipment never did show up.

I stuck it in the mouth of the bottle and it sealed it.

This was a perfect for our little oil jug!

A great customer service experience I am so glad I found the WidgetCo website. I needed a small quantity of a specific size Cork stopper for a wedding deco project. I had driven to several Craft and Hobby stores to look for what I needed and was disappointed at the selections. In order to get the size I needed, I would have had to purchase quite a few bags of "Assorted Sizes". WidgetCo had exactly what I needed so I went ahead and placed the order. They responded immediately and told me they were out of stock on the size I needed and gave me a timeframe for when to expect them. I didn't want to take a chance on not receiving them in time so I requested a higher grade in the same size and offered to pay the difference. They let me know they were shipping the higher quality cork stopper right away. Imagine my surprise and delight when I saw the invoice and noted they had not charged me the higher price! I felt like I had just been treated as a customer who placed a large order. Wow. This is what great customer service is like. Not sure if I will have to purchase cork stoppers again but you can be assured I will go back to WidgetCo!
